How to Use

1. Sit down and put the pillow around your waist, with the open side against your body.
2. Buckle the waist belt behind your back and pull it snug.
3. Clip on the shoulder strap, put it over your shoulders and adjust the length until the pillow sits just below your chest.
4. Add the head pillow and the back bolster if you like, lay your baby across the pillow and feed as usual, with a hand on your baby.
5. If your baby falls asleep, move them onto their back in their crib or bassinet.
