14-Day Hassle-Free Refund

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us at support@nexmiostore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will refund the full amount you paid, including shipping, to your original payment method. You don't need to send the item back — you can keep it. This applies to all products and to every country we ship to.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we will refund or reship at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Customers in the EU and the UK

You also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 14-day refund covers this: email support@nexmiostore.com with your order number and we refund the price and shipping within 14 days. You don't need to return the item. Your other legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
