Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive your tracking link by email once your order ships — please allow 1–3 working days for tracking to update after that.
Delivery estimates (from dispatch)
- USA & Canada: ~7 days
- Europe: ~7 days
- Australia & New Zealand: ~10 days
- Rest of world: 7–12 days
International transit and customs clearance can occasionally extend these estimates — that part is out of our hands, but we'll always help you track it down.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for packages undeliverable due to missing or incorrect address information. Spot a mistake? Email us immediately at nexmio08@gmail.com and we'll try to catch it before dispatch.
Marked as delivered but not received?
Contact your local post office first and obtain a formal confirmation of the lost or undelivered package, then email it to us — we'll work with you on a replacement. Refunds can't be issued for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.
