30-day return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it — unused, with all included accessories (keys, cables), in its original packaging — and you'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email nexmio08@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions — please don't ship anything back before requesting a return, unrequested returns can't be accepted
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it)

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

EU customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you additionally have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period: cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, same condition requirements as above.

2-year warranty

Every Nexmio disc lock is covered by a 2-year warranty on the lock body, locking mechanism, and alarm module under normal use. Email us a photo or video of the issue with your order number and we'll replace it. Not covered: lost keys, cosmetic wear, and damage from misuse (e.g. riding off with the lock attached — use the reminder cable!).
